Event Photographer

Are you looking for one or more photographers to document your event?

Have you already clarified the legal requirements according to the DSGVO and obtained the consent of the participants?

Would you like us to provide you with the images taken and the associated rights of use for the image material (the image material will then not be offered in our online shop)?

Then simply send us an enquiry via the contact form and we will clarify everything else by telephone or, if necessary, on site.

Travel Expenses

Additional Costs
Extraordinary costs for a photo shoot must be covered by the client. These could be, for example, costs for travelling and accomodation, costs or fees for a photo permission for special locations. However, this will be mentioned to you in advance as far as possible.

Photo Sessions with our mobile Photo Studio

We own a mobile photo studio with flashes and various backgrounds. We are able to photograph under studio conditions at your preferred location. Digital Products will be produced or edited with licenced software from Adobe (Photoshop, Lightroom) and other companies. We give the promise to keep your photos in our archives for 2 years from the day of delivery. When you have technical problems or have lost your digital photos, we can send you a replacement disk with your photos for a small amount of 15 Euro within that period.

Our offer includes

• 50 to 100 photos in a high JPG-Quality (300 DPI)
• digital correction of all photos we have taken
• you will get all photos as digital images (JPG) on CD or DVD or as download
• an unlimited use for the photos from our shootingsArchival
• Storage of all your pictures for 2 years, starting with the date of delivery
