11th International ZAG Junior Cup

On 21 June 2025, the 11th International ZAG Junior Cup took place at the TuS Vinnhorst sports centre in Hanover. For the first time, gymnasts in age groups 17 and 18 also took part in the competition; in previous years, only gymnasts up to age group 16 had taken part.

In addition to the home team from TuS Vinnhorst and the gymnasts from Niedersächsischer Turnerbund, gymnasts from Halle, Berlin and Cottbus as well as a gymnast from Hamburg also took part from Germany. The second large group of participants came from the major gymnastics centres in the Netherlands (Zwolle, Zwijndrecht, Rosmalen) and from the umbrella organisation Koninklijke Nederlandse Gymnastiek Unie (KNGU). A team from Szczecin in Poland and the Irish gymnasts from Excel Gymnastics also travelled to the competition.

The team competition was won by the KNGU team from the Netherlands, followed by the teams from Berlin and Halle. The individual winners were Noah Föllner from SV Halle (age group 12), Ben Arendt from the Berlin team (age group 13-14), Elyas Nabi from SC Cottbus (age group 15-16) and Tobias Tschense from TuS Vinnhorst (age group 17-18).

As always, photo sets can be ordered in addition to individual photos. However, we ask you to check whether there are enough photos of the respective gymnast before purchasing a photo set. This is true in most cases, but as there was only one competition day, it can happen that there are only a few photos of individual gymnasts.
